When can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your parcel (in-stock items) within 3-5 working days after payment has been made. For orders with pre-order items, your parcel will only be shipped once pre-order item has arrived.You may refer to our Orders & Shipping policy for more information.

What does products with pre-order label means?
Products with pre-order label means that they are in the midst of delivering to us! Hence, you would need to wait for our stock to arrive. However, you may wish to place order to secure the stock!


How long does pre-order item takes to arrive?
Pre-order items typically takes around 21-28 days to reach us. However, you may want to check with us on the waiting time before placing your order!
 
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Yes, a delivery fee of S$5 will be levied for a single location within Singapore.
 
I've placed my order online, does this means that the item(s) ordered will be reserved for me?
Not as yet! Item(s) will only be reserved upon payment made. Do note that payment has to be made within 8 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically. 

I've received an email stating that my order is cancelled. May I know why?
Unfortunately we have not receive your payment for your order and the system has cancelled your order automatically after 8 hours.
 
I want to reserve my items! How do I make payment for my order?
As PlayLearnGrow aims to keep cost low, we are currently managing the payment outside your online check out. Payment instruction will be shown on your order confirmation page (Do remember to scroll down and make payment to secure your order! We can't guarantee you stock will always be available).
 
Can I change my order after payment is made?
We will try our best to assist you as much as we can! Do contact us within 3 hours upon placing your order should you have any changes to your order.
 
I've placed my order and it consists of in-stock and pre-order items. Can you deliver the in-stock items first as I need them urgently?
Yes, we are able to make the arrangement. However, as our logistics partner would need to make two separate trips, delivery charges will be charged accordingly.
 
Do you have gift boxes?
We would absolutely love to cater to your gifting needs! However, our toys come in all shapes and sizes and it will be difficult for us to cater to each order. Fret not, you may still discuss with us on your gifting needs and we will try our best to assist you!


My little one is celebrating his/her birthday party in school! I would like to shop for little gifts for his/her classmates. Do you provide party packs?
