SHIPPING POLICY

At PlayLearnGrow, we promise to make shopping for mummies enjoyable & affordable.

Thus, we are only keeping the shipping fee at $5 flat for all orders.

Orders that include in-stock items and pre-order items will only be shipped once the pre-order items arrive. Parcels will be shipped via our trusted logistics partner, as such there will be no tracking number provided. 

Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered to prevent any delay in shipping or lost packages. Do note that should there be a need to re-deliver due to inaccurate/incomplete information provided, an additional shipping fee of S$5 will be charged.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We take utmost care in ensuring every item are in good quality and condition before hand-packing and shipping each order. 

If something is missing from your order, or if you've received a defective or damaged item (highly unlikely!), kindly contact us at contact.playlearngrow@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 3 days of receiving the item(s). We won't be able to look into any disputes beyond 3 days of receipt of the item(s).

We're happy to review disputes as long as issues are not pertaining to misuse, neglect, wear & tear, and accidents, within 2 weeks of receiving your email. All exchanges or refunds are at the sole discretion of PlayLearnGrow and any decisions made by the Company is final.

• For items that are in stock, an exchange may be granted.
• For items that are out of stock, a refund of the item's full price may be awarded in the form of store credits that you may use for future purchases.
